Kunal is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Information Securities Auditor (from ISACA USA) and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Law specialising in Securities and Financial Laws. His, close to two decades, of experience includes being in leadership roles across large organisations such as being the CFO of the HFC of Shriram Group and Paytm, where he was leading business in financial services and also as the CFO of Paytm Money. Prior to this he was a consultant with Bank of Baroda group company – Nainital Bank and was involved in launching a Digital Bank. He took over as the CFO of Sharekhan in 2007 where he managed the management buyout with Citi Venture Capital and raised capital from various marquee investors such as Baring Private Equity Asia & IDFC Private Equity. He led the purchase of the Sharekhan Group by BNP Paribas SA in a USD 400 million transaction. At GHF, Kunal heads Finance, Accounting, Compliance and the Secretarial functions.

Pankaj is the Chief Business Officer at Godrej Housing Finance. In over 19 years of experience with reputed organizations like Bajaj Finserv, Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank and Asian Paints where he handled large scale business roles. At Bajaj Finserv, Pankaj was a part of leadership team that built the direct business model for the mortgage business, making it an industry first. Pankaj has deep expertise in managing P&Ls for both retail assets & liabilities business in the financial services industry. Pankaj holds a Post Graduate Diploma from Emeritus Singapore and has completed his executive education from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
