Her expertise is in Retail Risk, with specialisation in Risk Management, Credit Underwriting, Policy, Analytics, Collections and Portfolio management. As Chief Risk Officer at Godrej Finance, Shalinee has been instrumental in building a resilient portfolio across secured and unsecured lending businesses. She has helped advance financial inclusion through responsible, customer-centric lending practices. Previously, she held roles at Bank of America, ABN Amro Bank, HDFC Bank, DCB and leading NBFCs. In her previous roles, she was pivotal in introducing analytical score-based underwriting for affordable housing finance. She is experienced in areas of risk management across various retail lending products such as Mortgages including Affordable housing finance, Personal loans, MSME loans, and Auto loans.
