Aarohi: Championing Women in the Workforce
When women are empowered, everyone benefits. This is where our initiative, Aarohi, comes in. It’s dedicated to support women who return from career breaks, transition to new industries, or enter the financial services sector for the first time. As of June FY26, women represent 21% of our workforce and hold 27% of leadership positions. These figures are not just statistics; they reflect our unwavering commitment to enable women to lead, influence, and create a lasting impact. Success, for us, is a workplace where women thrive at every level. This makes us strongly emphasise inclusive hiring, supportive environments, and growth-focused programs.

- Win in Sales (WiNs): A structured onboarding and mentorship program that helps women succeed in frontline business roles through training and guided experience.
- Women in Credit: For the first time, we recruited women directly from campuses into core credit roles, opening new career pathways within financial services.
- Our campus hiring reflects 69% gender diversity, with a strong focus on increasing representation in business and credit functions.
